How the Hookline beta works.

Updated October 2, 2026. These terms apply to the Hookline beta, an interactive clothing rack presentation app for Shopify. Contact support@hookline.shop for questions.

Your store and content

You control your products, prices, theme, customer experience and checkout. You must have permission to use every image, design and other content uploaded to Hookline. You retain your rights to that content and permit Hookline to store and display it as needed to provide the service.

Subscriptions

Plan selection, billing, trials and plan changes are handled through Shopify App Pricing. The price and renewal terms shown by Shopify at approval govern the subscription. Launch prices on the website are proposed beta pricing. If you downgrade, storefront access is restricted to the rack and item limits of the active plan; your additional saved configurations remain available in the app.

Beta availability

The beta may change and may contain defects. Review previews and test the app in an unpublished theme before adding it to your live store. Product photographs are not automatically converted into clean transparent textures. Hookline does not promise increased sales or conversion.

Responsible use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with another shop. Action URLs must be safe web links. Custom actions use events handled by your theme; Hookline does not execute stored arbitrary JavaScript.

Ending use

You may uninstall Hookline through Shopify at any time and manage your billing in Shopify. Shop deletion is processed through Shopify's privacy webhook. Contact support if you need help removing an upload or resolving an installation issue.
